Pale

The name of an owl is “Pale” a Sotho name which simply means “Story”. The colours symbolize the beautiful landscapes of the Free State during winter which can be seen in most of my landscape paintings. I believe my province (FS) has a lot to offer and there are many untold stories about this province’s beauty, the mountains, the generosity of its people, so Pale portrays all of that.
